This website is published by Rise in the Gap ("RITG"). By using it you agree to these terms. Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with it, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

No guarantee of results

Everything on this site — the methods, the articles, the descriptions of the Labs and the G.A.P. Method — is information, not a promise. Nothing here is a guarantee, warranty, or projection of revenue, profit, lead volume, ranking position, or any other business outcome. Results depend on your market, your team, your operation, and your execution. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

The Profit Gap Call

Requesting or attending a Profit Gap Call does not create a contract, a retainer, or a client relationship, and it does not obligate either side to anything. It is a conversation. Any engagement with RITG begins only when a separate written agreement is signed by both parties, and that agreement — not this site — governs scope, fees, and deliverables. Anything discussed on the call is preliminary and given without warranty.

Intellectual property

The G.A.P. Method, the Labs, the Diagnostic Inspection framework, the scorecards, templates, checklists, written content, images, wordmark and site design are the property of Rise in the Gap and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links to this site. You may not copy, republish, resell, or adapt RITG materials, or present them as your own or as part of a competing offering, without our written permission.

Materials produced for a client during an engagement are governed by that client's written agreement. The underlying methods and frameworks remain ours.

What you send us

Information you submit through the form remains yours. You give us permission to use it to contact you and prepare for the call. Handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential third-party information through this site.

Third-party links and availability

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including the scheduling calendar. We are not responsible for their content or availability. We provide the site as-is and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RITG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
