We Are Not Consultants
Who Became Consultants.
We Are Operators Who Built Systems in Real Businesses — Then Packaged Them for Yours.
Rise in the Gap was not founded in a conference room. It was built in the field — inside a real home-service franchise, on real jobs, with real revenue gaps that cost real money.
We did not decide to "help small businesses" and then create an offer. We built the systems that fixed our own operations. Then we packaged them. Then we offered them to businesses facing the same gaps.
That is the difference. We are not consultants who study your business. We are architects who have lived it.
The Architects Behind the Firm.
Jonas Ofori
Jonas is a 30-year-old serial entrepreneur and franchise owner who built his understanding of revenue systems the hard way — by running them. He owns Five Star Painting franchise territories in Toms River and Manahawkin, New Jersey, where RITG's conversion, authority, and operational systems are tested before they are sold.
Jonas leads vision, market positioning, diagnostic conversations, and client relationships at RITG. He is the public voice of the firm and the architect of how RITG is positioned in the market.
His philosophy: The Redeemed Builder. Excellence. Stewardship. Long-term thinking. Every system must be built to last — not to impress.
Jonas believes most business problems are not performance failures. They are architecture failures. And architecture can be fixed.
Stuart Nokes
Stuart is a $5M+ operator and MBA who brings financial discipline, systems rigor, and delivery governance to every RITG engagement. Where Jonas identifies the gap and builds belief, Stuart architects the system and governs the delivery.
Stuart owns the Operating Leverage Lab, Executive Intelligence, and delivery quality across all RITG engagements. He ensures that every system installed is not only designed correctly — it is adopted, measured, and handed over as a client-owned asset.
His standard: A Lab is not complete when the timeline ends. It is complete when the client has a functioning, owned, measured system with defined accountability.
The Redeemed Builder.
We operate by a principle we call The Redeemed Builder.
It means: excellence in every output. Stewardship over every engagement. Long-term thinking over short-term wins. We take ownership seriously — not just of the systems we build, but of the businesses we touch.
- We do not close a Lab when the contract ends. We close it when the system works.
- We do not charge for guessing. We charge for knowing.
- We do not accept a client who cannot be served well. We qualify first.
This philosophy shapes every decision at RITG — who we take on, how we deliver, what we build, and how we measure success.
We Test Systems on Our Own Business
Before We Sell Them to Yours.
Jonas owns Five Star Painting franchise territories in New Jersey. Those territories are the live laboratory where RITG systems are designed, stress-tested, measured, and refined — under real market conditions, with real revenue consequences.
Every conversion workflow. Every review-generation system. Every lead-handling standard. Every dashboard. Tested in a real home-service operation before it is packaged and installed for a client.
You are not buying untested frameworks. You are buying systems that already work.
The Houston Roundtable.
A small, invite-only room of established home-service owners — meeting quarterly in Houston.
Six to ten operators per session. No pitches. No panels. Structured working conversations on the specific systems that move revenue, authority, and operating leverage — facilitated by Jonas and Stuart.
Each operator brings one live gap. Each operator leaves with a specific move to run next.
- Home-service or construction operator
- Based in or around Greater Houston
- Past startup — demand is real and the work is steady
- Willing to share real numbers, in a room that does the same
