Rise in the Gap
Frequently Asked

Straight Answers.
No Positioning.

The questions operators ask us most often, answered the way we would answer them on a call.

01

What does a Profit Architecture firm actually do?

We diagnose which system inside your business is losing you money, then we build and install the fix. We are not a marketing agency and we do not run your advertising. We work on the systems that determine whether the demand you already generate turns into collected revenue.

02

What is the G.A.P. Method?

Three phases. Get the Facts — a structured inspection of your actual operation, not assumptions. Architect the System — a prescriptive 90-day roadmap naming what gets fixed first and why. Put It Into Operation — we install it, train your team, and measure adoption until the system runs without us.

03

How is this different from hiring a consultant?

A consultant delivers a report. We install a working system and stay until your team is running it independently. The engagement is not complete when a timeline expires — it is complete when you own a functioning, measured system with accountability.

04

Do I need to be a certain size to work with you?

No. We do not screen by revenue. What matters is whether demand already exists in your business and whether the systems that should capture it have kept up. A smaller operation with a broken intake process often has more recoverable revenue, proportionally, than a larger one.

05

What happens on a Profit Gap Call?

Thirty minutes, structured. We ask direct questions about your revenue, market position, and operations, and we name the single biggest gap costing you money right now. You leave with a real finding and a straight answer on whether we are the right fit.

06

What is a Diagnostic Inspection?

A paid, structured examination of your business that produces a scorecard across revenue conversion, market authority, and operating leverage, your top five leakage findings with root causes, and a prioritized 90-day system prescription. It is the evidence base for any work that follows. We never quote a project without it.

07

Why do you charge for the Diagnostic Inspection?

Because an unpaid examination produces shallow thinking on both sides. A paid inspection means we do the real work of understanding your operation, and it means you get findings you can act on whether or not you ever hire us for the installation.

08

What is a Weekly Systems Partnership?

A standing weekly working session with a Profit Architect, at $1,500 per month, month to month. We diagnose, build, and install alongside you week over week against your actual operating problems. It is the most common way clients start with us.

09

What is a Lab?

A staged rebuild of one system — Revenue Conversion, Market Authority, or Operating Leverage. Labs run on a phased plan with defined exit criteria at every gate, and they are prescribed after a Diagnostic Inspection, never sold from a menu.

10

Which industries do you work with?

Home services, specialty trades, and construction — painting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, restoration, flooring, landscaping, and commercial cleaning. We do not work outside these categories, and that focus is why we understand your business quickly.

11

Do you work with businesses outside New Jersey?

Yes. Our clients are in multiple states. The weekly sessions run remotely, and the systems we install are not location-dependent.

12

How long before I see results?

It depends on which gap is binding. Revenue Conversion fixes tend to show measurable movement fastest because the demand already exists — you are recovering it rather than creating it. Market Authority compounds more slowly. We set the baseline at kickoff so movement is measured, not asserted.

Still Not Sure If You Are a Fit?

We work with a narrow set of operators, and we are direct about it. See who we help — including the dominant revenue leak pattern in your trade — then book a Profit Gap Call and we will name the gap in yours.
