Who we are

Rise in the Gap ("RITG", "we", "us") is a Profit Architecture firm working with home-service and construction businesses. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. Questions, access requests and deletion requests all go to jonas@riseinthegap.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the Profit Gap Call request form on /call, plus a small amount of technical detail attached to that submission.

• Full name
• Business name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Website address, if you provide one
• Annual revenue range, if you provide one
• Where you believe the gap is, what you have already tried, timeline urgency, decision authority, and any additional notes — all optional
• The browser user agent string sent by your device
• The date and time of the submission

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. It is never shown to you and is used only to discard automated submissions. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or financial account information anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

A single purpose: to contact you about the Profit Gap Call you requested, to prepare for that call, and to follow up about working together. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not use your submission for advertising audiences or retargeting lists.

Where it goes

Your submission is handled by three named service providers, and no others.

• Supabase — the Postgres database where the submission is stored.
• Resend — the email service that delivers a notification of your submission to jonas@riseinthegap.com.
• GoHighLevel — the CRM and scheduling system where your record is created and where the call is booked. If you pick a time on the calendar embedded on the booking page, GoHighLevel also receives that appointment detail.

These providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside those providers except where we are legally required to.

Analytics

This site records anonymous, aggregate usage — pages viewed, referring source, and whether a call request was completed. That measurement is not tied to your form submission and is not used to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

If we work together, we keep your record for the life of the engagement and for seven years afterwards for business and tax records. If we do not work together, we keep the submission for 24 months and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point.

Your rights

Email jonas@riseinthegap.com to ask for a copy of what we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Deletion means removal from the database, from the CRM record, and from our mail history where we control it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle existing submissions will be communicated directly to the people affected.
